- 1 pound Almonds, plain
- 1 pound Walnuts
- 1 bag of Dried Cranberries or Cranberry/Orange from Trader Joe's
- 1 egg white
- 1 tespoon water
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
In a small bowl add egg white and water. Whisk until frothy.
Add Almonds to coat
Toss almonds with sugar, cinnamon and salt.
On a greased baking sheet, place a single layer of Almonds.
Bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour. Rotate every 20 minutes
After almonds cool, add walnuts and cranberries and mix. Store in an air-tight container.
