- 1- 8 oz. Cream Cheese, soften
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup chopped lightly salted skinless peanuts
This doesn't turn out well (is very lumpy) if you use FF cream cheese. You can use light cream cheese.
If you have a small electric food chopper, that works great for chopping the peanuts, you want them very fine.
